ED Cornell/Vandy/Rice/NWU should have a good shot.

The overall profile is not very strong for ABC boy.

If you miss ED (by aimming too high), getting into Vandy/Rice/NWU at RD round may turn out to be challenging.

May try ED Penn/Duke, but risk is much higher.

Frankly, except for HYPSMC (Caltech), the other top 15 or top 20 schools are not that different.

I would focus more on the location and the intended field of study
