The letter is written in this way

Hi xxx,

 

Thank you for arranging the activities. And thank you for all your hard work of these two semesters. 

 

I am very glad to donate my portion as it's a way to show my appreciation to the hard work of teachers and staff. But I am a bit confused about how it was handled. Last year, I donated but I did not get any follow up email informing me how much was collected and how the fund was used. It's a bit difference as what I experienced before.

 

Please do not get me wrong. I am not in anyway to criticize. I appreciate your being the class representatives and I believe it's not an easy job as I could not do that. I just think maybe a clear information would encourage more people to donate and raise more fund.
