As long as your daughter is a team player and interested in IT, she will be successful. I did see some Female Chinese coworkers dislike their jobs. But all the problems look to me are belonging to social behavior problems or culture problems. However your daughter grows up here, there will be no culture problem. Being a team play and knowing how to protect/stand out are very important.
