L. Fine rates 8 brands over NY Steinway. They are:

Bosendorfer,
Bluthner,
August Forster,
Steingradber & Sohne,
Bechstein, C
Fazioli,
Grotrian, and
Mason & Hamlin.

Of course, Hamburg Steinway is also better than NY Steinway.

Among these, Bosendorfer and Fazioli are the most expensive. NY Steinway and M & H are made in US, while the rest are made in Europe. (And, my favorite is Bechstein.)
