You can buy a Toronto city pass in the following URL.

In my point of view, these five places included in the ticket are better than Ripleys Aquarium. If you really like to go, aquarium is just right besides CN tower, so you can visit these two places together.

BTW, TTC is a good transit choice, convenient and costless.
