UT Austin Business is quite strong and decent. However, if money is not an issue, you want to go out-of-state.
It would be good for a kid to leave hometown for college as they grow up. That would be a very colorful 4 years. Austin is nice, but still pretty boring when compared to CA or Boston.

As the cost for UCB, UCLA & BC would be similar for out of state, BC would be a better choice for a business career.

Yes, overall school reputation UCB > UCLA > BC, but BC is very well respected as well.

For business career, most likely you would want to get an MBA down the road.

A BC undergraduate, for the most part, would have a significantly higher chance to get into a top MBA program than UCB & UCLA.
