康奈尔大学(cornell)无资助和州立大学有全奖的选择

今天州大给了我女儿全额奖学金。学费，ROOM，书费全包。藤校(Cornel)是need based，资助给不给由家庭收入定，我们收入得不到。这样我们得多付四年二十六万。州大CS十五名，Cornell第六名，父母是IT工薪家庭。大家有什么建议呢？谢谢了！
