There is no difference in GPA between state and top 20 schools. Basically MD needs more hard work and people skills than iq. Pure science and engineer need more in iq than in eq. Both need hard work. For all schools they only give 10% A in classes. Top schools always admit 50 to 100 students at begining and graduate 20 to 30 students VS state admit 300 to 600 and graduate 250 to 500. Whiche one do you think easy to get As. Like top 20 school's graduates in history major go to wall street and very hard for state graduates.
