不知道英文应该叫什么。project team memo ?  文件里要有：

1. project name 
2. Project history -- 这个应该贴到博客上
3. project team leader 这个应该贴到博客上
        Project initiatior 
        Team Captain: 
        Parent team mentor : me 
4. Project mission statement. 这个应该贴到博客上
5. Project 3 or 5 year plan  这个应该贴到博客上
6. Project team norms and rules : 
    (1) any media review or publication has to be approved by team captain and team mentor. 
    (2) any media brocast has to bear team's name, and coordinated by team captain 
    (3-99)  whatever needed
    ( 100)  any violation of these rules will be resulted in dismiss from this project team. 

any suggestions about the wording of this memo ?
