For engineering/CS,  MS may not worth for 20W (could be for whilte kids.)  
    From a school coordinator in a NCSSSMST program, many their graduaes from State Universtiy are in current key position in Google, Microsoft, FB.He emphsises on "no difference going to State Computer Science from their NCSSMST." 


20W, a good buy for HY for politics major. I think.
