opportunities to take better care of your kids? Are you happy about it?
Regret at times?

I have to soon decide whether to give up a challenging/stressful and well-paid job, and to find a less stressful job with half or a third the pay. I know the second job will allow me more happy time with my two kids (7 & 5). But it is a big drop in my career ladder. ;-( Hard to decide.
