请推荐口碑好English writing tutor for grade 10 student for honor ,AP ans SAT.

I found a English writing tutor online when I asked him to provide 3 refrences who he taught  high school stusents recently but he wanted me contact former employer(Chinese after school) which he worked 10 years ago.
