Your doctor decides the fate

When you go to see a doctor, he decides your fate ...

Skylights leaks are common - after 1yr, 5yrs, 10 yrs.  There are tips on how to prevent and fix.

So a good doctor is your insurance.  If it's within 1yr, the replacement shall be included in the first year package.  If it's just over a year, why the doctor didn't say anything before?
