CRT effect lasts only up to 3 days. Stop using 1-2wks before ch

It's not permanent.  When we have eye examination, we stop using it for a week.  It's reflected 90% accurate of the eye conditions.  Ideally, the doctor said 2 weeks w/o CRT for eye examination.
