think they can think independently and most of times they will draw the conclusion others set up to let them draw. BTW, do you really have chances to contact the US people? Some of them are excellent; but the average level is hard to say. That is y immigrants, including most of us here, are critical contributing factors here. In other words, immigrants, who most often get trained back in their own country, are essential for the current sucess of the US. If offsprings of immigrants just get trained following the US way, they will just be as average US people, having average job getting average payment.
