The good:  1) stable career, u r ur own boss, u wont fire ur self 2) stable mid class income,  u wont b super rich, b/c there are only 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a wk so the total pt u see are limited no matter what. 3) respect from society, people call u Dr. not Mr.4) can b a very rewarding career as save other's life do make u feel good about yourself.

The bad: 1) many years in training  2)long working hours 3) high physical and mental stress
