Top medical school, not necessary !!

What you call the person who graduated last in his medical school class? Dr. xxx.  Top or not if u graduated medical school, u r a doctor.  More important is what u do next, there are huge differences  in ur income with different specialities ranging from 100k  to > 500k a year.  On the other hand if you want go to law or business then u need go to top school b/c of connections.
