smart boy made a smart choice!

Tell you the truth, there are many many dirty things in those big labs. I used to admire those big "niu" person very much. After hearing/seeing many things going on in those labs, my respect to them, even nobel winner, was greatly reduced. 

In all fields i know, most of the sucessful people are jerks, with a very few exceptions.
