when I told some one in China that each kid in my son's school

has to pass <100 + - X / 40 questions / minutes during 1st - 3rd grade. she laughed at me and said it's impossible because people know that US people don't even know 50+50 = 100. she didn't belive me at all. My son's school is a normal public school.
