Understand your case

I had a nanny at home until Ray is 2 years and 9 month. Not too much sick in this case. My nanny is very good and she is suppose to say to when Ray is three. I didn't find any issue but later I found that Ray is really keen to play with some other children then I changed mind. I can see Ray is veeery happy to stay in a homecare with Mandarine speaking. But for sure, more sick.
