They take double advantages. They cheated their tax claim to avoid tax and take the financial aid from college.

I have seen too many people that came here as L1 visa, hu*****and stays in China doing business, wife and kids stay here, or hu*****and HG to China and wife, kids stay. They even think they deserve this college aid because the wives here along and work hard to take care kids.  “作为一名只身带着孩子闯荡美国的中国女人” – sounds similar?
