P doesn't have med school or graduate schools at all. Since P doesn't have graduate school, it stresses that it focuses on under.  But Y has strong graduate schools and focuses on under equally if not more.  Y'residential college system (droms) is unique and tops.  Internationally, Y is much more wellknown.
