She worked at a small consuling company at the first summer and a big one in the second summer (she didn't apply for any IB/finance companies because she didn't like finance related jobs). Then she decided that she doesn't like to work 9-5 at the consulting compainies even though she earned an excellent reputation from those companies. She did research and teaching after the sophomore year and she liked doing that.
