父母的关系,或者父母的压力程度,都会间接地影响孩子的表现.--well said!

Perhaps the parent could relax by playing with the child, to the point you forget you are an adult and you need to supervise/check upon him. Through this type of activities you may find his strengths, not shortcomings.
