In terms of admission practice, Yale is probably the most honorable one.  Harvard is well known for agressively recruiting more applicants.  I heard one parent said Harvard called his girl who is in wait list and would like to admit her if the girl promises to come but was refused by the girl.  To me, this is not a very honest practice.  Harvard should admit the girl first and let the girl decide.  More extreme examples are WashU and Tufts.  You may heard of Tufts syndrome.
