法律是不允许罢工,but 公交和教师都能罢工.

It is my understanding that these employees will be fined by court or be fired by the company. However, the benefits that these employees will get by the 罢工 would be much more. Or the labor union will make some deal with the company so that these employees would not be fired or fined though they break the law. That's why these employees, especially labor union employees dare to 罢工. In certain circumstance, it is not a big deal as it might be in China. It is not a battle of either you die or you do. It is a serious benefit bargaining though this bargaining may cost a lot.


American governments ,such as state government or federal government can also force employees back to work first and then solve the problems and issues later.
