(bay area) California team got this year's Mathcounts 1st place in the national competition:

Lewis Chen - Hopkins Jr., Fremont,
Douglas Chen - Kennedy, Cupertino,
Eugene Chen -Amador Valley, Pleasanton,
Aaron Lin - Hopkins Jr., Fremont.
