have 3 kids together. this is our first marriage, very simple case.

She did buy $1.5M worthy insurance, but 100% for her parents. I thought it means she does not trust me. But I am still confused why she did not care about her own kids, and thought it is going to be my own responsiblity.

BTW: both of us have good job
