talke to school,talk to police, discipline or punish the boy, demand for an apoligize from the boy, later on, the boy no talk or be near to your daughters, elder and younger ordered by both school and police, your kids no need to transfer to another school, do not need to talk to the boy's parents, it is not necessarily unless they want express their appoligize.
