I don't have expereince in this. but my immediate thoughts is to see the results of that boy's psychologic evaluation. if the boy do have psycho problem, I would do whatever it take to move my girl out to a safe place, away from that boy.

my second thought is to consult a attorney how to deal with school and the boy's family to fight for your rights.
