Harvard reject him or not?

Now, i'm confused. I'm not sure. They are not financially wealthy. So is it possible he didn't get Harvard full schorlorship, then he didn't go? Or he is rejected? I'll ask if i get chance. I think he is good enough to go Harvard :-)
