I pick up my daughter at 5:40pm, then feed her,

cook dinner. My wife comes home after 7:00pm, mostly before 7:30pm. After dinner, we play with the baby, wash her, feed her, and send her to bed. then we have 2-3 hours free time, and go to bed at around 12-12:30am.
