In october 2000, I attended a trip group to Yunnan. The route is Kun'ming -->xiang'ge'li'la -->li'jiang -->da'li --> Kun'ming and in one week. That was really beautiful sightseeing like in USA. The only disadvantage is bad transportation. But delicious foods are obivious advantages which are like additive to your happy trip.

Actually, you can surf website to find some related domestic bbs. You will definitely find some good informaion, though it is not like in USA.
