1. Post original items more frequently, albeit short or premature;
2. Reply to others' posts positively and encouragingly;
3. Look for English-related posts on other forums and encourage the authors to share on this forum, too;

Among these three, only the third one is new - I've been trying the first and second items. What do you think?
