For Yellowstone, all in park hotels and cabins are arranged by Xanterra, here is the link:

I like Old Faithful Inn very much. Lake Yellowstone has some cabins as well. Mammoth has hotels only. Never stayed at Canyon or Roosevelt. Grant is a bit off main attractions but also has hotels only.

I have stayed at Signal Mnt Lodge twice, very nice.
