If this includes travel, time might be tight. Otherwise, I would spend a day in Grand Teton NP which is right next to Yellowstone. For Yellowstone itself, I will suggest spend one day at Old Faithful and nearby areas. Spend 1-2 days at Canyon, Hayden Valley, Mt. Washburn, and Lake. Another day or two at Mammoth Hotspring. Yellowstone is quite big, so travel from one place to another, and stop for wild animal photos, may take away half day.
