赛前七天,目的不是练,而是维持运动状态,调出最佳比赛状态。

看了下我上次赛前一周:

D-8: 10.33, 8:08

D-7:  2.43, 10:21 

D-5: 6.33, 6:45 (Storm, wind 37mph, gust 48mph)

D-3: 5.10, 7:27 (5x100m, 小梳子)

D-2: 2.26, 7:17 (1WU, 1 MP)

D-0: Race!
