Monday, 5 miles Easy

Tue, Warm up, 1 mile Race pace, warm down

Wed, 4 miles easy, with a few strides

Thur, 3 miles easy, in race kit (rehearsal)

Friday, Rest

Sat, 30 minutes jogging, with easy strides

Sun, Race day.
