just re-istall the old version

I got the same problem that cannot see my Galaxy Notes 1 cell phone. It can see my iphone but cannot copy pictures into the windows folder. Tried  update drivers but cannot fix the problem. Just re-install windows by download the image to a bootable USB.  Everything works fine again. Good luck.
