请问 iphone 8 cannot import pics to windows 10 PC

以前都工作的， 自从auto updated windown， 就不工作了， iPhone connected TO PC, itun still shows the connection, iphone also shows as well, but when i click to the photo import, it says cannot find the iphone. is anybody has the way to help? thank you!
