我在每次训练中尽量遵守这个原则

这是今天的训练

 

10 minutes, dynamic stretching

31 minutes
jumping in place, 105×7
jogging 100 m ×7
running drills between

10 minutes,
power runing, 50 steps × 5

20 minutes, walking

25 minutes
pull-ups, 10/10/9/7/7
stretching between
