12月份, 开始认真训练legs.

100 walking lunges,  some jumping lunges,

58 knee high step ups,

and some  assisted pistol squats, 

58 侧弓步, 58 squats

这些训练对legs 是一个挑战, 每周能做3到4次

目的, 增加跑步能力
