Total BS. Human history is the history of governing and governed

The so called Democracy was invented during Greek time to spread the power among the GOVERNING BODY, not the governed (ie the massive slaves and low lives in society, accounting for over 60% of the population).  And from examining the new era Democray experience, it is the SAME DEAL.

So history actually swings back to its more stable position: governing and governed.  The future will be ensuring that there is a easier path between governing and the governed so the talents among governed can move up reasonbly easy to a stabled and durable governing body. So society won't get rotten like those of the Indian Cast System or get hyper, restless and poll-chasing like that of the United States.

There is a reason why Democracy failed during the Greek time.  That is because it is not a natural and universal system.  It is just an artificially created spoil system among the elites.  Entropy eventually brought it down.
