From my past memory, Wendi herself does not have much non-voting share at all. The majority is for her two daughters. The tricks with these non-voting shares are:　ｔｈｅ　ｄａｕｇｈｔｅｒｓ　ｃａｎ　ａｃｃｅｓｓ　ｔｈｅｓｅ　ｓｈａｒｅｓ　ｏｎｌｙ　ｗｈｅｎ　ｔｈｅｙ　ａｒｅ　３０　ｏｒ　ｓｏｍｅｔｈｉｎｇ．　Ｔｈｕｓ，　ｔｈｅ　ｔｒｕｓｔｅｅ　ｈａｓ　ｔｈｅ　ｄｉｒｅｃｔ　ｃｏｎｔｒｏｌ　ｏｆ　ｔｈｅｓｅ　ｓｈａｒｅｓ．　Ａｔ　ｔｈｉｓ　ｍｏｍｅｎｔ，　Ｉ　ｗｏｎ＇ｔ　ｂｅ　ｓｕｒｐｒｉｓｅｄ　ｔｈａｔ　ｔｈｅ　ｔｒｕｓｔｅｅ　ｗｉｌｌ　ｇｏ　ｔｏ　老默，或他的ｌａｗｙｅｒ。　这个ｔｒｕｓｔｅｅ未必就是邓本人。另外，这笔ｓｈａｒｅｓ是不可以买卖的。最后，这笔ｓｈａｒｅ可能分得的红利，完全依靠有ｖｏｔｉｎｇ　ｓｈａｒｅ的ｂｏａｒｄ决定。

所以，就这部分钱而言，这钱也不一定在邓的手里。
