我们没有買保险除了那个 Monte Negro 的 mandatory 責任险

Avis Europe 有一个很详细的 decline insurance 的网頁 我们给 Split 的 office 看了。他们最先嘗试 authorize $35000 我說一定会被 declined.  果然。然后我说你们想清楚了，什么金額比較合理，否則 bank 再次declined 就会鎖卡。租車就黄了。他们吱吱喳喳一会 決定用 $7000, bank 还给过了。不过 Chase preauthorization 只有一个星期有效。旅途中这个 $7000 preauthorization drop off 了。(Amex card 要两周 第二周 cardholder 看不到 pending, 但其实 it is reflected in the available credit amount.) 車子在 Hvar 民宿门口泊車时前方下面蹭了一点，因为 LG ignored both the BnB lady 和我的 hand signal to tell him stop right there but insisted to move ahead a bit!    回到 Split 后 民宿的小伙子用車腊和棉纱把它弄成 not noticeable.  交車时我们特别指给收車的工作人员看 以免後患。 他一看就说 It is OK, You are fine.
