如果国航选择反索赔一项，我再一败诉，损失就会大些

在立案之前,国航收到法院的一份表格--Defence and Counterclaim (辩护和反索赔)。国航只选择了辩护,没有选择反索赔一栏。如果要作反索赔, 還必须付一定费用,并说明反索赔的理由。即使国航选择了反索赔,听说法院也不会判败诉方赔偿全部反索赔金额。而且总值不能超过5000镑。
