You should never ask such question. None of your colleagues will give truth answer and most importantly--you don't need their answer. What happen when China surpassed Germany and Japan? Dose anyone do something about it or started a war?

Look at the above answers from your colleagues. I believe they just make jokes with you because you are so serious about this.
