拿着户口本去派出所开个证明，再去领护照那个地方翻译成英文，盖几个章子

需要户口本 身份证等。一代二代身份证都行的。我是去省会城市那边弄得证明信，盖得省公安厅戳子

时间来不及就拿着户口本，递交的时候要一起递上去原件+复印件。如果lz没销户的话

 

让你母亲去问问你们城市哪里可以办这种母子关系证明，让我看呢主要就是为了挣那500块翻译费，太坑爹了，就两张纸，还给搞了个封皮封底
