一般selection 时除了看job fit外，还需看culture fit, 性格分析是考察后种fit的一种手段，没对没错,主要看是否合适

拿英国的Disc 分析，高di(dominance, influence) 适合做销售，高sc 适合比如财务。director level 的如果是高d 及高c的话，那成功可能性不大。

技术人员如果是IT managed service的话，我们倾向于要high steadiness and high conscientiousness

找男女朋友以及婚后，这个disc分析都有利于寻找契合点， find right strategies for managing your partner, 以及了解你自己how to tend to be managed
