Well. It is an issue of spectrum, not white and black. A well-defined and operatable regulation or law can conserve good values and keep good qualities of news and information. Simply speaking, we can reduce rumours as low as possible if we work by law, not by willing. It is sad to see China has to pay for its messy information management soon.

Do not be so cynical about politics. No one refuses living in a good world. Though at most time reality makes you dull, gloomy and disappointed, politics is still a main tool to change our society and life.
